Faith Canale

Faith Canale is an accomplished Realtor®, designer, artist, professional engineer, builder, and developer who has worked around the globe. She is committed to excellence in all endeavors. This commitment was locally recognized with her selection as The Female Pioneer and one of the Women of Influence in Southern Arizona. Her Brooklyn, New York, upbringing combined with the influence of her accomplished architect father, shaped Faith’s devotion to and love of our built environment.

Faith founded and is the CEO of InterRante Enterprises, Inc., a multi-disciplinary real estate, design, engineering, project management, construction company. As such, Faith is formally educated and professionally licensed. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering from the United State Air Force Academy and a master’s degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University. She holds three Arizona licenses as a Realtor®, Professional Engineer, and B-1 General Contractor. She has written multiple technical and leadership papers as well as a book and has been a keynote speaker and panelist for various organizations.

She leverages these skills to develop residential and commercial properties for her clients and for her sister companies. Among her sister companies, Faith manages Inter-Can Enterprises LLC, a redevelopment/holdings company, and F2C Homes LLC, a redevelopment/resale company. She has led multiple engineering and construction projects both in a civilian and in a military capacity.

Faith is proud and humbled to be a decorated veteran where she served among heroes. Her demonstrated commitment to honesty and service spans her military career. While at the Pentagon, she was the Senior Advisor to the Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff, Civil Engineer, during the peak of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, accountable for the organizing, training, and equipping of the 60,000-person engineering force responsible for 166 worldwide locations with more than 731 million square feet of facilities and a physical plant worth $196B and an annual budget of over $9B. She is also a graduate of the National Defense University in Washington DC and the Air War College.

Today, Faith gets a thrill out of parlaying all her experiences to create greater successes for her clients and partners. She seeks to help her clients and partners to make wise decisions and to serve as their trusted agent. Her ideal situation is for a client or partner to look to her as their premier advisor in all things dealing with our built environment, whether pure real estate sales, or investment decisions, or construction or renovation decisions entailing design and cost decisions or buy-and-hold versus buy-and-sell decisions – basically, how to get the biggest bang for the buck.

Todd Canale

Todd Canale is a professional investor and educator. He completed a master’s degree in Management and a bachelor’s degree in Business, as well as graduate terminal degrees in Fire Service Administration and in Military Operational Art and Science. He is a Senior Executive Fellow with the Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard University. His upbringing in an entrepreneurial family sparked his early interest in investing. Todd actively manages a private equity portfolio and is the co-founder and manager of a real estate holding company with assets throughout the state of Arizona.

Impassioned by a life of service, Todd continues to fulfill this calling having served in the fire service for over three decades. His commitment and tenacity have culminated in his ascent to the Chief of the department where his scope of responsibility includes leading a 65-member accredited department, managing a $20M budget and protecting a 16 square mile community valued over $55B. In addition to the fire service, Todd serves as Arizona’s Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer as a decorated Air Force Reservist. He provides the vital link between the federal government and state and local communities in times of crisis. He has also been an active member in numerous advisory organizations and committees, currently appointed as the Department of Defense’s commissioner on the Center for Public Safety Excellence’s Commission on Professional Credentialing, Chairperson of the International Association of Fire Chiefs’ Federal/Military Section, and the Mount Lemmon Fire District’s Board of Directors.

Todd’s zeal for lifelong learning and desire to serve transcends the public safety sector within the communities he serves to the classroom where he is an award-winning professor with Columbia Southern University and Pima Community College, currently teaching leadership and fire science courses. Todd has published numerous articles. Today Todd seeks to leverage his knowledge and abilities by working with other investors in achieving mutual goals.
